Nice to meet you!

Hi! I'm Myriam Beauchamp, Founder and Lead Planner of Pastel Panache Events. I have been working in the event industry for a decade, combining my love for detail and project management with my background in psychology to deliver high-quality, memorable events.

Passionate about sustainable event planning, I strive to make the event industry gentler on our beautiful planet. I continuously expand my portfolio of event communication and promotion services, driven by my enthusiasm for creating compelling messages and visuals.

Fully bilingual in French and English, I work with a diverse clientele, ensuring that each event is thoughtfully customized and perfectly tailored to their needs.

Fun fact about me, I have always been around the hospitality business from,  getting my first job as a catering server at 11 years old to then working in restaurants and eventually performing in bars and venues. I've always loved making sure that people are having a great time and enjoying themselves. Customer service is everything to me!

Pastel Panache was founded in 2017 from a deep need to channel my creativity, love of organization and passion for exceptional customer service into something meaningful.

Fast forward a few years to 2020: a global pandemic hit, and I found myself navigating the early days of motherhood with a newborn in my arms. That unexpected pause gave me the time and space to reflect deeply. I realized that the event industry, as it was, no longer aligned with my evolving values—especially around sustainability. In my personal life, I was making more intentional, eco-conscious choices, yet I saw how wasteful traditional events could be.

I took a step back while my two little ones were still tiny. But when my second child was born, the planning spark came back—stronger than ever. That’s when it clicked: maybe I’m meant to come back not just to plan events, but to help transform them.

Today, I bring a renewed vision to every event I plan—one that puts sustainability, impact, and people at the heart of the experience.

To deepen that commitment, I completed my Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification through PCMA, allowing me to design events that reduce travel-related carbon emissions and create meaningful online experiences. I also completed training with The Sustainable Events Forum (TSEF)

Eco-Friendly Events
A Crucial Step Forward

In today's world, hosting eco-friendly events is not just a possibility but a necessity. By embracing sustainable practices, we can significantly reduce the environmental impact of our gatherings. Eco-friendly events are achievable through strategic planning and mindful choices, strategic menu selection, minimizing waste, opting for digital communication, and selecting energy-efficient venues.

The importance of eco-friendly events extends beyond environmental benefits. They reflect a commitment to corporate social responsibility, enhance brand reputation, and resonate with increasingly eco-conscious audiences. By prioritizing sustainability, we not only protect our planet but also create meaningful, positive experiences that align with our values and those of our stakeholders.

At Pastel Panache, we believe that every event can be both impactful and sustainable, delivering exceptional experiences without compromising our commitment to a greener future. If anything, attendees now expect and appreciate when sustainable measures are put into place.

We’ll take it one step at a time. We’d love for every event to be completely sustainable and produce zero waste but sometimes, that’s not always realistic. Our goal is to take every event where they are and push them a few sustainable steps forward, because every step in the right direction is a step forward. Let’s see what simple changes could greatly impact the carbon footprint of your event.

Did you know that sustainability doesn’t only talk to carbon emissions and environmental impact? Sustainability includes 3 main principles: social impact, economic impact and of course environmental impact. Having a sustainable event also speaks to accessibility and inclusiveness as well as economic impact.
